Rosie will personally select the volunteers for recognition. He will mention their names on the air and describe their work and their favorite charities.

It's Rosie's way to offer a public pat on the back to the many selfless volunteers who work so hard to help others. Plus, an on-air mention can bring some much-needed publicity to charitable organizations that hope to recruit volunteers and raise public awareness for their cause.
