The diagnostic fee is $97, but if you approve the estimate, then the diagnostic fee is on us. If your unit is in need of more repairs than initially thought, we will provide you with the lowest possible revised estimate based on discounted parts.
The labor is a flat rate based on the repair itself. So unless the repair turns into a complex rebuild, the flat rate does not change no matter how many trips it takes to resolve the problem. Our policy is if you change your mind as a result, NO PROBLEM! We take our Service Satisfaction Guarantee very seriously and only you can define what will satisfy you!
