WHAT

REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Join us for a fun-filled event of prickly pear harvesting! Get acquainted with these delicious native Arizona fruits in person. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment and guidance to ensure a successful harvest. We will meet at 8:30 AM near Country Club Dr. and Baseline. The exact directions will be emailed to you after you register.

During the event, you’ll learn about the different varieties of prickly pears and their culinary uses. We will close with everyone getting a chance to juice some fruits and we’ll toast for another bright magenta harvest!

Whether you’re a seasoned forager or new to the world of prickly pears, this event is for you. Come along with friends or family and make lasting memories. Don’t miss out on this unique experience of prickly pear harvesting! This property has our native Engelmann’s Prickly Pear.

Everyone will get to take home 5 pounds of fruit to juice or make jam, juice, or syrup.
