Star Party Series | Kartchner Caverns
Want to learn more about the stars and planets? Then head to Kartchner Caverns, an International Dark Sky Park, for a star party!
Star parties are popular draws for people who want to take advantage of the chance to learn from knowledgeable and experienced local astronomers.
Volunteers from the Huachuca Astronomy Club will be setting up telescopes and sharing their vast knowledge of planets, stars and star clusters, nebulae, and other wonders to be seen in the dark night sky.

May 4 from 1-9 p.m., featuring speaker Dr. Kaitlin Krater from 5-6 p.m.
June 1 from 1-9:30 p.m.
September 7 from 1-9:30 p.m.
October 5 from 1-9 p.m., featuring a guest speaker from 5-6 p.m.
November 2 from 1-9 p.m.

Free with park admission ($7 / vehicle)
