Farmer Greg updated the recent Mesquite Bean Milling event.

There are multiple ways to compost but the result is the same:  making healthy soil.

Sustainability in composting means sustaining the compost created.  Using techniques found in permaculture.  Greg explains.

Greg explains his regenerative system for composting.  Feeding chickens food scraps that create nuggets of nitrogen for fertilizing and eggs.  Food scraps also used in worm beds and soldier files.
