HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY NEWLY STAINED CONCRETE FLOOR?
First, seal the floor with a sturdy top coat to seal it. An unsealed concrete floor will absorb food stains and is susceptible to fading and absorbing water, which can discolor the surface.
If your concrete floor is indoors, wax it every six months to protect high-traffic areas from the wear and tear that goes with being walked on, and once a year in less-traveled areas. Wax also fills in small scratches.
Do not wax an outdoor floor. The sun will burn off the wax.
Reseal your outdoor floor every one to two years.
