CALLER: Planning a kitchen remodel, what are the pros and cons of repainting the existing cabinets or replacing with new cabinets.

CALLER: We got a video from a home builder in Scottsdale. He recorded a strange popping sound in a new build home. After checking the entire home, they couldn’t find what’s causing the sound. We’re stumped too! (We play the sound)

CALLER: Has a concern about possible ground shifting. Drained and looking to fill in the pool plus other issues with drainage, sloping, traffic along the property line and tile cracking in the home.

CALLER: Has a jet bath tub in the master bedroom. The switch for the motor works but the housing is broken. Can’t find a repair part anywhere.

CALLER: A smoke alarm that won’t stop beeping (not the alarm itself). Even after installing fresh batteries, it still beeping.

Repeating the sound from a new home making a very pecular sound we can’t identify.

CALLER: Has a white dust problem coming from the air ducts. Once in a while, pinhead sized chunks coming out. This was after duct work sealed, replaced sections of duct work, cleaned ducts and duct pressure test.
