Robert – Has a mesquite tree that is starting to leak dark sap.

Recommendation – A tree that’s oozing shows it’s stressed. Verify that the watering isn’t the issue and make sure it’s properly fertilized. Thinning out is a good idea.

Recommendation – DON’T BLOCK the vents. It’s just not a very fun job..
