CALLER: Question on when an electrical panel needs to be replaced. Has a 22 year old panel. The electrician she used for a project suggested it be done. Given three options with a wide range of pricing. Does a panel have to be replaced after 22 years?
CALLER: Has a manufactured home with a stock spa tub. A panel came down resulting in a moldy smell. Suggestion for a cleaner to use to keep it under control.
