Keeping Christmas Trees Fresh All Season Long

COMMENTARY:

  • APS customers get Super Off Peak lower winter rates 10am-3pm weekdays with Time Of Use plan

LISTENER EMAIL:

  • Rain water is entering into part of the home’s kitchen area.  A home inspector and two renovation companies are scratching their heads as to where its coming from.  The homeowner suspects the leak is coming from some holes in the exterior stucco wall next to the kitchen.
  • Stucco is not water proof!  A good exterior paint job and paint maintenance acts as a raincoat over stucco.

ADDITIONAL RESOURCES:

  • Recommended painting stucco every 7-10 years or as needed with acrylic exterior paint
  • Using a thermal imaging gun to find cooler spots on exterior stucco walls for possible leak potential
