• Greg moved into a new home in Eloy, Arizona.  They found hairline cracks in the sheetrock.  And it ‘snap crackle pops’ like Rice Krispies.  Rosie explains what happened when they converted from plywood roof sheeting to chip board that likely is causing that noise

• Art is having a new roof installed.  The company wants to keep the existing felt and lay new felt over it.  Is that a good idea?  Its not something we’ve heard before and have some questions about it.

• Michelle has an Arizona Room on a back patio with red brick paver flooring.  The flooring is showing huge signs of efflorescence.  Easy to clean with vinegar/water solution.  But likely has a moisture source that will need constant cleaning
