• We help out long time listener Susan. She has crack lines on her ceiling that goes down a wall to her window. Her home is a 1957 slump block construction. A contractor told her he could tape over the cracks. She was smart enough to get a second opinion from Rosie who guides her thru what is likely a foundation issue

• Sergio also has a 1957 block home but experiencing a water pressure issue. During inspection he was informed the water pressure in the home was high. After a few months, he noticed the water pressure actually dropped when more than one faucet and other water using appliances was in use.  Also the house was re-plumbed 10 years prior. The problem is likely how the water is delivered to the home. Starting with the supply line from the meter to the home. And using a water pressure regulator
