  • Marty’s neighbor had a spray foam contractor spray their attic with insulation. They seem to love the service, product and comfort of their home. Rosie explains how foam has advantages to sealing cracks, filling spaces and pest control because those ‘critters’ have no space to get in. Also a side note about cathedral type insulation for new build homes and retrofitting

  • James has a problem with his dryer vent stack. Compared to his old dryer, the newer one doesn’t have enough fan power to push air out the stack. More lint in the stack than in the lint trap. Suggestions on who can help solve the issue

  • Robert has a concrete tile flat roof. He has 4 bids to reroof his home. One of the bids had items that didn’t apply to his home like a chimney and patio roof. After removing those items from the bid, the price was the same as before. He was curious as to why that could happen
