Tim’s farm grows grain and exports various types of beans.  He’s a State Represenative and a Competitive Barbequing who competes in various BBQ events.

Tim explains his background, how he got started in competitive BBQing and the prep work he does before each event from equipment to meat preping.

Tim is in to speciality crops like black eye peas, durum wheat, sesame seeds.  Including special wheat for matzo and other Jewish foods for holidays.  Keeping it kosher takes a special process.
