Tim Peterson of Arizona Grass Raised Beef is Julie Murphree’s guest.

Tim talks about the history and family life on the ranch.  Plus the other ranches they own around the state.

What makes their ranch unique is they are fully integrated.  Raise the beef, process in their own USDA approved plant  for quality control and sell on line to anywhere in the country.

Efficient in using every part of the cattle.  Some of their latest products are bone broth, tallow, jerky and pet treats!

85% of sales are off the internet.  The rest are businesses around the state.

Sal Sucato of DunRite Window And Doors joins the conversation on new innovations in window and patio doors!

Replacing underperforming windows installed in the 60’s thru 80’s homes.  What R value, Low E and keeping dirt out are keys to an efficient and correct installation of windows.   The right window and glass can keep each room in a consistant temperature and comfort level.

Low E coatings and argon gas are in today’s dual pane windows.  R value is the material resistance to resist heat transfer.  Higher the R value, better the window.

Discussion of a recent installation project by DunRite Rosie and Romey got to see first hand.  They describe the home with lots of glass and patio facing west.  Sal talks about the homeowner’s motivation to call him about the project.
