Recommendation – Even though they have not changed the watering, that might be the problem. The watering should change as the tree matures. She did not need to add a lime tree, they are self pollinators. Correct watering should fix it.

Recommendation – Tony says go with a weed & feed, but verify that the heat won’t effect it. Some will damage you’re lawn if it’s over 90 degrees.
