Rosie talks about a source of water you may have never thought about.  Condensate from your air conditioner!  During monsoon season with high dewpoints, you can collect gallons and gallons of free water for plants, trees and animals.

Rosie’s story about lack of condensate coming out of an A/C unit explaining how the automatic shut off valve works.

Keeping your A/C fan on auto to help condensate form.  Why its not a good idea to keep it running all the time.

Explains a catagory of licensees that is exempt from having a qualifying party.  Plus a program that sends an inspector to your home about any code questions they might find for $150!

CALLER:  Listener has persistant air in the hot water line.  Doesn’t use the hot water from the heater during the summer.  Plumbing is outside the block house with a pressure reduction valve.

CALLER:  Has water leaking from somewhere around the home.  Water bill has increase over 4 months.  No slab leak or landscape leaks.  Thinks it could be the pool.  Plus some sinkholes have developed.
