Expert arborist and landscaper Richard Adkins discusses staking trees for monsoon season.

Importance for young trees to be staked for wind.

Removing the nursery stake after planting to allow a tree to sway.  Various staking lines to support the tree should be loose, not tight.   When is it time to remove the staking lines.
