HOW MUCH CONCRETE DO I NEED TO ORDER FOR MY PROJECT?

Concrete is measured in terms of yards. One yard of concrete equals 1 cubic yard.
The equation for a standard 4 inch slab is as follows:

Divide the square feet of the area you intend on pouring by 80.

Example:

  • 50 square feet divided by 80 = .62 yards of concrete.
  • 100 square feet divided by 80 = 1.25 yards of concrete.
  • 150 square feet divided by 80 = 1.87 yards of concrete.

Tool List:

  • Boots
  • Concrete
  • Tamper
  • Bull-float
  • Trowel
  • Concrete Broom
