Two words: Save paper.
If you can work with your notes on a computer screen instead of printing them out, you’ll save reams of paper a year.
If you have to print out documents but you don’t need to keep them, put them in the recycling bin, or shred them and put the shredded paper out for recycling.
Besides saving paper (and trees), you could save time. Paper creates clutter, which costs you time in looking for hidden and misplaced items and can distract you when you’re trying to concentrate on work.
Besides saving paper, you could save space. The more you can store on your computer, the fewer drawers and file cabinets you’ll need.
Even a small office or cubicle will feel larger and more organized once you remove the clutter from your environment.
